These terms apply to all users including free account holders and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

ChartPulse is a financial media and signal platform that provides: - Aggregated financial news from third-party sources - AI-generated trading signals for Forex, Gold, Stocks, and Cryptocurrency - Live market data via embedded TradingView charts - A subscription service granting access to premium signal features All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration - Keep your password secure and confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

ChartPulse offers a Pro subscription at $19.99 per month, payable in USDT cryptocurrency or other accepted payment methods. - Subscriptions are activated upon confirmed payment - Each subscription period is 30 days from the date of payment - Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew each month - Access is revoked automatically at the end of the subscription period if not renewed

Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of trading signals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the platform, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and offer a resolution at our discretion.

Free accounts are entitled to: - Full access to financial news content - 1 AI-generated trading signal per day - Access to live market charts Free accounts do not receive full signal details including entry prices, targets, and stop loss levels. These are reserved for Pro subscribers.

ChartPulse is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. All signals, news, and content on the platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

You agree not to: - Resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others - Scrape, copy, or reproduce signal data for commercial purposes - Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity - Attempt to reverse engineer or hack any part of the platform - Create multiple accounts to abuse the free signal limit

All content on ChartPulse including AI-generated signals, platform design, and branding is the intellectual property of ChartPulse. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission. News articles remain the property of their original publishers. We display only headlines, summaries, and links in accordance with standard RSS aggregation practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartPulse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any signals or information provided. Your use of ChartPulse is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
